Professional Experience
Rearchitected software for the graphical interface of Pression’s Wave PRO device to improve speed and functionality while simplifying codebase to support future development.
Supported clinical trial preparations by automating data analysis and validation using Time Series analysis in R. Generated reports that provided insight into device performance and efficacy.
Designed and implemented Quality Management System protocols to manage device manufacturing and software release processes.
Conducted research on the causal discovery capabilities of Bayesian Networks and other Probabalistic Graphical Models (PGMs).
Employed exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques including feature reduction via PCA on various datasets with MATLAB to find patterns and relationships for hypothesis testing.
Utilized Netica modeling software to create data visualizations and evaluate various structure learning algorithms.
